Chilton Parish Council vacancy

Following the recent death of Veryan Herbert there is a vacancy for a councillor on Chilton Parish Council.

Anyone interested should contact Dave Crimmin, the Parish Clerk, whose details are available on line, with a brief overview of why you wish to stand.

I believe that you need to live in Chilton, or within three miles of the Parish to qualify.

I shall very much miss Veryan who was a reader of the blog.  He often spotted an inaccuracy or a grammatical infelicity which no doubt will go uncorrected now!
