not before time! What's the point of a blog with no comments
ReplyDeleteWhat may not have come out clearly in the debate is that the officers of the two councils are being merged into one entity, whatever the result of the poll. The cost arguments are compelling, but so is the thought of two lots of councillors squabbling over one service provider.
