Kentwell Hall |
This year there are further opportunities to experience opera at the Hall, and we have just had notice that at the end of May in the Overcroft Theatre (indoors!) there is the chance to see a rare opera by Rimsky Korsakov based on one of Pushkin's 'Little Tragedies', Mozart and Salieri.
This is just a one act show, and so after the interval some favourite Mozart operatic arias will be performed.
The show, having played at the Arcola Theatre in London, is now going on a nationwide tour, and reviews have been good. Further details of what promises to be an interesting evening can be found on the Kentwell Hall website.
