Want to be a Parish Councillor?

If you would, Dave Crimmin, who is the Clerk to both Chilton and Great Waldingfield Parish Councils has produced a guide on the subject.

It is actually tailored for Chilton, but most of it applies equally to other parishes.

If you would like a copy please let me know! It is a long time since I was on a Parish Council, but I have observed quite a lot of what goes on in Parish Councils locally over the past four years. It seems that on the whole those involved find the role interesting and rewarding.
