Residents of Lavenham, and those who regularly travel through the village, should be aware that the road at the corner of High Street and Water Street will be obstructed for one night only from 6.30 p.m. on 14th April so that works on the highway can be carried out.
There will be three way traffic lights controlling the traffic and some temporary parking restrictions will be put in place.
Residents in the immediate vicinity of the works will receive a letter giving more details of the arrangements. I have a list of 'frequently asked questions' published by SCC Highways if anyone wants further information.
